Conference Fees
The Early Bird registration fee of €795+VAT* is available on or before Friday, 28th April. On or after the 29th April a standard registration fee of €995+VAT* will apply.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of conference registration will be accepted and money will be fully refunded up to 15th May. In the 3 weeks following, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. On or after 6th June no money will be refunded. Substitutions are permitted at any time at no cost.
Cancellations of optional activities will be accepted and money will be fully refunded up to 15th May. In the 2 weeks following, 50% of the activity fee will be refunded. On or after 30th May no money will be refunded. Substitutions are permitted at any time at no cost.
Dress Code
Business casual is appropriate for conference sessions. Informal attire is appropriate for activities and events.
Local Information
In June, Barcelona averages a high of 26ºC and a low of 18ºC. The local currency is the Euro.
Travel
There are direct flights to Barcelona from all major European cities, including routes run by budget airlines such as Easyjet. It is the responsibility of all attendees to book their own travel.
Arriving in Barcelona
The distance from the airport to the conference centre and hotels is 20 miles, or a drive time of approximately 30 minutes.
Guest Policy
Family members or guests are welcome to travel with you and join us at the Welcome Reception. Please note that all conference sessions are for registered conference attendees only. Extra tickets for the Tuesday evening event at Parc Guell are available to guests for an additional charge of €150.
